What Does This Assurance Cover?
CashFlow GPS (“CFGPS”) assures the student’s “get free, stay free” plan and date as illustrated in The Services is accurate, based upon the financial data provided by the student and the student follows the prompts as recommended in the Service. Additionally, CFGPS assures that the student will be able to access the software over the internet, via a web portal or through a downloadable format, and that student’s Personal Data will be stored on protected secure servers.
How Long Does the Assurance Last?
This assurance lasts for the first 30 days of the subscription of The Services. Assurance terminates if the student stops using The Services, uploads inaccurate data, or fails to follow the directions as provided with the Service.
What will CFGPS do?
If in the first 30 days of subscribing to The Services, and in the event that CFGPS cannot provide a clear plan and date within a 7-year time frame for the student to “get free and stay free” clearing all original debts (including fixed mortgages) with specific instructions/directions as provided in The Services, CFGPS will refund the subscription value of The Services, excluding any finance charges or remittance expenses that have been paid. If the student is not able to access The Services, CFGPS will troubleshoot the student’s issues and if it is determined that the student’s inability to access The Services is due to an issue with CFGPS and CFGPS is unable to resolve the student’s access issue within 30 days of receiving notification of CFGPS’s error, the student shall be entitled to a refund of The Services excluding any finance charges that have been paid.
What Does This Assurance Not Cover?
This assurance does not cover any access problems to The Services that is due to issues with the student’s equipment, computer, internet browser, or ability to access the internet. This warranty does not cover the student’s inability to use The Services due to a change in the student’s personal or financial circumstances such as losing their employment, death or disability. Nothing in this assurance shall be implied to cover unavailability of lines of credit or changes to lines of credit or mortgages.

How Does the Law Apply?
This assurance gives you specific lawful rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, or other jurisdiction, as the case may be.
